DairiConcepts' Parmesan Cheese Receives World-Class Award

SPRINGFIELD, MO--(Marketwire - Mar 8, 2012) - At the 2012 World Championship Cheese Contest held March 5 - 7, 2012 in Madison, Wisconsin, DairiConcepts received the second highest ranking in the Parmesan Cheese category. The biennial, globally-renowned contest contained approximately 2,500 entries from around the world representing more than 80 categories of cheese and butter. A panel of 40 experts selected from 17 nations and 10 U.S. states judged the entries.

DairiConcepts' block Parmesan cheese, made in Pollock, South Dakota, received a score of 97.10. This ranking is in line with many other international and national awards DairiConcepts has received over the years for its hard Italian cheeses produced in this region.
