Dakshidin to Sign Memorandum of Understanding With HKS Green Power Development Ltd. to Acquire 5,000 Acres

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - November 12, 2007) - Dakshidin Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DKSC) (www.dakshidin.com) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Restec International Inc., makers of the worlds most powerful water pumping windmill, is very pleased to announce that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") to participate in a joint venture with HKS Green Power Development Ltd. to acquire and develop five thousand (5,000) acres of prime property in the agricultural district in the province of Gangsu, located in the North West region of China. The MOU outlines a joint venture which will use the Restec's water pumping windmills and wind turbines.

"This is a very exciting project for Dakshidin Corporation," stated Nick Laroche, President and CEO. "Not only is it our second project of this type but its magnitude dwarfs the previously announced Green Village Project. The Mark 10 windmill will provide water for the village and the Mark10 E turbine will provide the necessary electricity."

Less than 1% of the world's fresh water (0.007% of all fresh water on earth) is readily accessible for direct human use. "The Restec Mark 10, with its capacity of pumping water from as deep as 4,000 feet, in wind speeds as low as 4 miles per hour, can provide access to clean water where there might otherwise be none and do this in a "green" manner. The MARK 10 E provides the electricity in an environmentally friendly way thus opening numerous areas for further development," stated Nick Laroche, CEO of Dakshidin Corporation.

This JV will inevitably increase the value of the 5,000 acres purchased, but more importantly will create an environment for growth for the local population which previously did not exist. The increase in value is expected to be in the tens of millions of dollars, though it is difficult to put an exact figure on it at this time.
