Dakshidin's Joint Venture Partner Settles Financing Arrangements

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - December 14, 2007) - Dakshidin Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DKSC) (, producers of the world's most powerful water-pumping windmill, are very pleased to announce that its partner in the Wuhu Green Project, HS (Hong Kong) Management Ltd, has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar financing arrangements with the Bank of Communications in Wuhu County for the project, based on submission of the standard required documentation, on behalf of our parent operating company, HKS (Wuhu) Environment Energy Development Ltd.

The financing with the Bank of Communications will be in the form of a bank loan and has no dilutive effect on Dakshidin shareholders.

The Bank of Communications is one of the four oldest banks in China. It is a reliable, financially strong and reputable commercial bank with securities, insurance and trustee businesses, making it the fifth largest lender in China.

This financing will assist the joint venture industrial land acquisition for development of the manufacturing and distribution facility, which will enable Dakshidin's wholly owned subsidiary, RESTEC International Inc., to meet market demand for delivery of its superior wind-powered products.
