Dalradian Announces Results of Its 2016 Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 28, 2016) - Dalradian Resources Inc. (TSX:DNA)(AIM:DALR) ("Dalradian" or
the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of its 2016 annual and special meeting of shareholders (the
"Meeting") held yesterday in Toronto, Ontario.

At the Meeting, all director nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated May 13,
2016 were elected as directors of the Company. The detailed results of the vote by ballot are as follows:

In addition, at the Meeting, shareholders reappointed KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the
Company, approved the Stock Option Plan of the Company, as recently amended, and all unallocated stock options
thereunder, and approved the adoption of a deferred share unit plan. The formal report on voting results with

Dalradian also announces that Mr. D. Grenville Thomas did not stand for re-election to the board of directors.
