Dan Ambrosini Joins American Roamer as Director of Carrier Relations

20 Year Wireless Industry Veteran to Chart New Course with American Roamer

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE--(Marketwire - Nov. 12, 2008) - American Roamer, LLC., a leading provider of mapping and information solutions to the international telecommunications industry, has named industry veteran Dan Ambrosini as its newly appointed Director of Carrier Relations.

Ambrosini will focus on enhancing existing carrier relationships and expanding American Roamer's network of carrier-partners. This includes gathering critical mapping data, assessing carrier needs and developing new products. Ambrosini will also lead the company's charge in collecting network coverage, technical data and other pertinent industry information to help maintain the company's lead at the forefront of the industry. In addition, Ambrosini will also take the lead in coordinating with roaming/ research teams at the company's customers, and assisting them in maintaining and improving their roaming agreements with other carriers.

Ambrosini brings more than twenty years of both domestic and international wireless carrier experience to the position; including strategy development and partner relations at Sprint, AT&T Wireless, and Horizon Cellular Group. Specializing in operational strategies, strategic business plans, and client relations in the wireless arena, Ambrosini is expert at both the business and technology of the wireless industry. Prior to joining American Roamer, Ambrosini was Program Director for the Ethiopian Telecommunication Corporation based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where he was responsible for the corporation's technical and commercial vendor negotiations for its nationwide IP Next Generation Network.

Ambrosini earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Morehead State University in Kentucky and holds a Masters Certification in Project Management.
