Dan Kennedy Joins Corvil as GM, Americas and VP of Sales

Aims to Expand Leading Real-Time Data Analytics Provider's Enterprise Presence


DUBLIN, IRELAND--(Marketwired - Dec 18, 2014) - Corvil, the IT data analytics company for business in the Now™, today announced that Dan Kennedy has joined Corvil's executive team as GM of Americas and Vice President of Sales. Formerly at Riverbed Technology, Dan led an organization responsible for the largest global clients. Kennedy brings eighteen years successful enterprise sales experience to Corvil. Kennedy's appointment comes alongside other efforts by Corvil to accelerate growth, including the promotion of Elaine Giblin to VP of International Sales.

Prior to Riverbed, Dan was a VP at Cannon Group where he led all consulting resources as well as affiliated sales and delivery partners. He also held leadership positions at Sunesys and AT&T, as well as being named to AT&T's National Leader's Council for sales leadership, territory management, and revenue growth.

In addition to Kennedy's appointment as VP of Sales and GM, Americas, Elaine Giblin has been promoted to join the Corvil leadership team as VP of International Sales. She has been with Corvil since 2004 and is responsible for Sales in EMEA and APAC (including Japan). Dan and Elaine will work together to lead Corvil's team of sales professionals who are dedicated to ensuring Corvil's customers have the real-time operational intelligence to see, understand, and act on their business as it's happening, in the now.
