Danaos Corporation Announces Date for the Release of Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2006 Results, Conference Call and Webcast

ATHENS, GREECE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 26, 2007 -- Danaos Corporation (NYSE: DAC) today announced that it will release its results for fourth quarter and full year period ended December 31, 2006 after the close of the market in New York on Wednesday, March 7, 2007.

On Thursday, March 8, 2007 at 11:30 A.M. EST, the Company's management will host a conference call to discuss the results.
