ATHENS, GREECE--(Marketwire - February 11, 2009) - Danaos Corporation (NYSE : DAC ) today
announced that it will release its results for fourth quarter and full year
period ended December 31, 2008 after the close of the market in New York on
Wednesday, March 11, 2009.
The declaration of the Company's dividend for the fourth quarter of 2008
will also be announced at that time.
On Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. EDT, the Company's management will
host a conference call to discuss the results.
