Dancing with the Stars Participants Show Off Interchangeable ZIPZ Shoes™

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - October 12, 2010) -  Celebrities and professional dancers of the popular Dancing with the Stars TV show certainly know a thing or two about fancy footwork, so it was only fitting the cast recently got the chance to try out a revolutionary new shoe called ZIPZ.

Florence Henderson, Bristol Palin, Kyle Massey and pros Mark Ballas, Lacey Schwimmer and Louis Van Amstel all agree -- they love the shoes and the concept.

ZIPZ are the first shoe with interchangeable covers and soles utilizing a patented, easy to use zipper design and technology where consumers simply zip on and zip off different tops ("covers") and bottoms ("souls") to create the shoe they want to wear each day.

"We're so thrilled the cast of Dancing with the Stars loves ZIPZ. We're such huge fans of the show and to have those who make a living on their feet like the product is really awesome!" says CEO John Stefani.

The shoes are currently sold in the U.S. and in over 45 countries around the world. The Cali Classic launch line has a price range of $15 - $80. The secondary line Back Alley is due out in spring 2011.

ZIPZ are the brainchild of Irvine-Calif.-based entrepreneur Jerry Stefani, who had the concept of creating different looks and styles with just one pair of shoes. The shoes went through a five-year research and development period to finalize and perfect the product which launched in 2010.

Currently, ZIPZ are available at a variety of retailers including Mac n Madi, Douze Shooz, Lesters, Rodel's, Arciuolo's, Urban Feet, Shoe Club, Madison and Friends and Piggy Toes. Other major retail partnerships will be announced soon. The shoes may also be purchased online at
