Daniel Shin Joins the Strategic Equity Group Analyst Team

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 20, 2007 -- As an Analyst with SEG, Daniel conducts detailed industry, economic, and financial research, prepares valuation reports, and performs financial modeling for various projects. Daniel works closely with our Vice President and Senior Analyst in the valuation of business enterprises, corporate transactions, strategic planning, merger and acquisitions, SFAS compliance, corporate options and ESOPs.

Prior to joining SEG, Daniel was a Financial Analyst with IGS Capital Corp. in Los Angeles, where he helped raise $30 million in equity for private foreign manufacturing firms and performed valuation and analysis of existing and new product lines. He also aided in performing feasibility studies and created business plans for a $100 million luxury sky rise condominium project in the Wilshire Center in Los Angeles and a $400 million resort in Korea. Daniel has also interned at Grubb & Ellis as a Research Analyst where he was responsible for gathering, maintaining and interpreting data used by Real Estate Brokers.

Daniel received a Bachelor of Science degree in of Business Administration, with a concentration in Corporate Finance, from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
