About Daniella Levitt:
Daniella Levitt's passion is empowering transformational change, inspired by her years of growing up in South Africa. Daniella completed her Bachelor of Commerce and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration at the University of the Witwatersrand, and worked for Andersen Consulting in Johannesburg. In 1996 she moved to Chicago to work for Deloitte Consulting. She joined Aon Consulting as a Senior Vice President in 2007. In 2008 she founded Ovation Global Strategies, LLC. She works with executives and leadership on strategic planning, project management and change management for complex macro transformation initiatives; facilitates micro transformation by working with organizations to develop their next generation of leaders; and works with high potential individuals to further their career goals.
Inspired by her own personal experiences and her vision to collaborate across generational groups to help women maximize their career potential and advance forward and upward, and to help organizations improve performance, Daniella developed and launched gen-xyb™ in 2013.
