TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 17, 2014) - Daniels Carbon today congratulated the Ontario Government for its demonstration of leadership in addressing climate change and its commitment to meeting aggressive targets.
Last week, Ontario announced that it is joining the Compact of States and Regions, which commits international partners to publicly reporting on greenhouse gas emissions every year. The announcement was made during the Lima Climate Change Conference convened by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

In November, Quebec penned a memorandum of understanding with Ontario that would see the two provinces harmonize efforts to fight climate change with the possibility of forming a common market.
