Daptiv Adds Information Technology Veteran Brad Clark as Chief Operating Officer

Leader in On-Demand Project Portfolio Management Hires Veteran Technology Executive to Support Growth and Product Strategy

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - September 13, 2010) -  Daptiv, the on-demand leader in project management and collaborative business software, today announced that Brad Clark has joined its executive team as chief operating officer. Clark joins Daptiv from parent company Parallax Capital Partners, where he served as senior vice president operations. As chief operating officer, Clark will be responsible for all operational and customer-facing aspects of the business, including continued process improvement to allow Daptiv to accelerate its growth.

With more than 20 years of experience in the information technology and software applications industry, Clark brings expertise in product development, portfolio strategy and marketing and process management. His senior-level experience in international business broadens Daptiv's ability to reach organizations located in the U.S. and abroad with innovative SaaS-based project management solutions.

Prior to Daptiv, Clark filled similar roles at Computron, UTS Global and MultiGen Paradigm, Inc., where he managed marketing and product management, customer retention programs, product & partner programs, and facilities. Prior experience also includes 12 years with portfolio and project management software provider Artemis International. Clark spent five years as senior vice president of product management at Artemis, where he was responsible for overseeing the design, market strategy and production programs for 12 business management application products.
