Darling Homes Touts Luxury Patio Homes in Riverstone

SUGAR LAND, TX--(Marketwire - June 25, 2008) - Darling Homes' new patio designs in Riverstone demonstrate that downsizing buyers do not have to sacrifice luxury, as the homes boast a wealth of upscale amenities.

The Houston luxury home builder has opened a model patio home in Riverstone's Meridian Park, a new neighborhood near the 110-acre Lake Riverstone. The Tuscan-themed patio designs range from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet with base pricing from the $440,000s to $590,000s. Buyers can select from seven one-story and three two-story designs.
