Darnley Bay Resources Announces Date of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 12, 2012) - Darnley Bay Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:DBL) will hold its AGM in Toronto on January 14, 2013. Further details will be released in the public Notice of Record and Meeting Dates.

DBL also announces the resignation from its Board of Directors of Mark Bennett. The Company expresses its thanks to Mark for his counsel and support.
