Darnley Bay Resources (TSX VENTURE:DBL) announced today that it plans to hold its AGM, previously scheduled for June 28, 2012, later this year. No new date has yet been established for the meeting.
The Company is continuing its efforts to seek financing and joint venture partnerships to enable the continuation of its exploration and development program.
