Darrell Carpenter Joins imc2 as Senior Vice President of Finance

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - May 5, 2009) - imc2, a leading digital agency, welcomes Darrell Carpenter as senior vice president of finance. With more than 20 years of financial experience, including planning and analysis, accounting, risk management and investor relations, Carpenter will lead all financial responsibilities for the agency. He has served in various executive financial roles, including global director and senior vice president, for billion-dollar agencies before joining imc2.

In his most recent position, Carpenter served as the global director and senior vice president, internal control for Leo Burnett Worldwide. There, he planned and managed the internal control program for the global agencies that compose Leo Burnett Worldwide. Prior to Leo Burnett, Carpenter worked as senior vice president of accounting for Lion Re:Sources, Inc., a Publicis subsidiary and shared services organization that provides a variety of accounting, tax, treasury and other back-office services to U.S.-based advertising networks. He also previously managed the accounting operations for Publicis USA, an advertising and public relations network.

Carpenter earned a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Houston, a Master's in Management and Administrative Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is a certified public accountant.
