Darryl LaRue Promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Trueffect

WESTMINSTER, CO--(Marketwired - May 29, 2014) - Trueffect, the leading First-Party targeting and measurement platform for large performance advertisers, today announced a key executive appointment in the promotion of Darryl LaRue to Chief Operating Officer (COO). The former GE executive who joined Trueffect in 2013 most recently served as Senior Vice President of Operations for the company.

In his new role, LaRue will continue his focus on operational excellence and supporting Trueffect's clients and partners worldwide. In addition to these responsibilities, he will be leading the product and sales teams in building robust solution offerings, increasing sales growth and delivering competitive solutions for Trueffect's first-party ad serving clients. LaRue is responsible for all facets of day-to-day operations for the company and will now lead Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, Analytics and all Client Services as part of his new role.

LaRue is a proven operations executive with deep market knowledge and nearly two decades of industry experience. Prior to joining Trueffect, he was responsible for leading the overall strategy, sales and execution at some of the world's premier companies including: NBC, Warner Bros., DHX and most recently, held the post of Chief Operating Officer at Tapingo.

LaRue holds a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
