Shipley's appointment is integral to the company's commitment to superior customer service. As a B2B marketing expert with experience working for Fortune 500 companies (including IAC, Cendant, and Westinghouse), Shipley will focus on the customers' needs, tailoring DartAppraisal.com's products and services to better meet those demands.

Shipley comes to DartAppraisal.com after more than 13 years with Entertainment Promotions in Troy, Mich. Most recently, he served as director of strategic marketing and sales for the non-profit and small business division of the company. In this role, he created and managed the execution of sales and marketing strategies to improve profitability of the B2B sales division through inside sales, lead generation, online marketing, call center and direct mail activities. He also headed business development efforts that resulted in several mutually beneficial partnerships, including strategic partnerships with 7 of the top 10 real estate franchisors as well as the National Association of REALTORS®.
