Dasher Exploration Ltd.: La Juliana, Mexico-Trenching
Exposes Favourable Structure and Mineralization to the
South of High Grade Gold Zone

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 7, 2005) - Dasher
Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:DAE)

NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Dasher Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") provides the following update on
exploration work at its La Juliana property, in Sonora State, Mexico.

A trenching program is underway. Four trenches have now exposed
favourable structure and mineralization over a projected strike length
of 450 metres. The most southern trench, designed to test and expose a
soil anomaly, is 450 metres south of the historical workings. All four
trenches have exposed intensely silica-flooded, hematite breccia,
identical in structure and mineralization to that which hosts the high
gold values in the historical workings to the north. The trenches will
be channel-sampled and the samples sent to Acme Analytical Laboratories
in Vancouver for analysis.

Separately, the Company has also completed a 24.2 line kilometer,
three-dimensional induced polarization ("IP") survey, covering a total
of 1.2 kilometres of the projected strike length of project
mineralization. A 2,500 metre diamond drill program is scheduled to
begin the second week of April, 2005.

Since the commencement of the current field program in late 2004, in
addition to the trenching and programs described in this news release, a
field office has been built, 24.2 line kilometre geophysical and
geochemical grid has been established, along which 900 soil samples and
65 rock and chip samples have been collected and analysed. Geological
mapping of the grid and peripheral areas has been conducted concurrently
with these programs, and is on going.

Previous sampling at La Juliana had suggested that, while the trend of
high-grade (greater than 10 grams) surface showings remained open to the
north, the historical workings had marked its southern termination. The
latest results now suggest that this trend remains open to the south as
well.

Exploration has focused on a 17.5 hectare permitted area that contains
the main La Juliana gold showing. Mapping and sampling within this area
has indicated that the area of the main showing and the projected
northern and southern extensions of the trend of mineralization are
indicative of an earlier, high-sulphidation system. Of interest, the
nearby Los Mulatos deposit, located six kilometres to the southwest of
the La Juliana project, is understood also to have been generated by a
high-sulphidation system.

The work programs described herein are under the supervision of Paul
Metcalfe PhD. P.Geo., a "Qualified Person", as defined by National
Instrument 43-101.

The La Juliana property covers 700 hectares in the Mulatos mining
district, in eastern Sonora State, Mexico. The Company has the right to
earn a 60% interest in the property from Chesapeake Gold Corp.
