DASSAULT AVIATION : Dassault Falcon Appoints Two New Authorized Service Centers In South Africa and Expands Service in Turkey

FARNBOROUGH, GREAT BRITAIN--(Marketwire - July 14, 2008) - Dassault Falcon Appoints Two New Authorized Service Centers

In South Africa and Expands Service in Turkey

(Farnborough, Great Britain, July 14, 2008) - Bhakari Aviation and Execujet South Africa, located at Lanseria International Airport in South Africa, recently joined the Dassault Falcon Authorized Service Center Network. "Lanseria is the most convenient business aviation airport for Johannesburg, South Africa's largest city," said Jacques Chauvet, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service.

Both Execujet and Bhakari will provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance support, transient service, troubleshooting, AOG support and basic inspections. "One of our top priorities is a strong service presence in South Africa, especially for the Falcon 7X which is a very popular airplane in the region," declared Chauvet.

Dassault Falcon has also reached an agreement with Palmali at Ataturk Airport in Turkey to provide Service Center support. The Palmali facility will provide AOG assistance as well as scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and warranty repair work for Falcon aircraft. It is currently undergoing an EASA audit after which it will be granted full authorization to work on the Falcon 50, 2000 and 900 family of aircraft later this year. In the meantime, Dassault Falcon Service at Paris, Le Bourget has dispatched a company representative to assist them for all Falcon related work.

"We have a growing number of Falcon operators in the Middle East as well as increasing transient traffic," commented Chauvet. "This agreement will be a great benefit to both."

The worldwide Falcon service and maintenance capacity is increasing at a rapid pace. In Europe alone capacity is expected to expand up to 40% in the next 5 years. Falcon Customer Service has launched a 20 M$ investment program to extend the capacity of its own service stations in Le Bourget (Dassault Falcon Service) and Little Rock. With the addition of the new partnerships reached, the Falcon network now includes 3 factory-owned and 30 Authorized Service Centers. The company also has nine spares distributions centers and three highly advanced Technical Call centers for 24/7 support anywhere in the world.
