Press Release NetJets Europe Ups Falcon 7X Order by Nine Continuing Robust Sales Pace

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - September 24, 2007) - Following certification and first deliveries of the Falcon 7X earlier this year, sales continue to remain strong for the 5,950 nm tri-jet. The backlog recently passed the 170 mark after NetJets Europe signed an order for an additional nine aircraft. The new order brings NetJets Europe's commitment to 33 aircraft with deliveries starting in the second quarter of 2008.

"The increased order from NetJets is a strong demonstration of their confidence in the market for this extraordinary airplane," said John Rosanvallon, President and CEO of Dassault Falcon. "Positive customer response from our first operators and pilots is confirming that the comfort, reliability and flying characteristics we promised are being delivered." he added. Over 50 pilots have already received type certification on the Falcon 7X with another 180 expected to be trained in 2008. On the maintenance side, nearly 220 technicians have been trained to support the airplane.

Deliveries of the Falcon 7X began on June 13th when The Chagoury Group took delivery of s/n 05 form the Little Rock Completion Center. The fourth customer is in the delivery process and others will follow at a rate increasing progressively from two-three per month until year end.

Eighty airplanes are currently in production with s/n 40 is on the final assembly line in Bordeaux-Merignac. In Little Rock, nine airplanes are in the completion process.
