Data Domain to Present on SNIA's Advanced Deduplication Practices Webcast

Principal Systems Engineer and Storage Architect Devin Hamilton Highlights Latest Deduplication Techniques for the Data Center

This webcast will focus on the use of deduplication to improve storage efficiency. Use cases illustrating how deduplication can improve data protection, preservation and retention practices in the data center will be presented. Participants will learn about various data deduplication technologies, areas where deduplication can be used to lower costs, satisfy service level requirements in their environment and how to identify new deployment opportunities.

Hamilton has over fourteen years of experience in the storage industry and has extensive experience implementing deduplication storage systems into a variety of data center and distributed enterprise environments. Hamilton is a board member of the Storage Networking Industry Association's Data Management Forum and also serves as co-chairman of the forum's Data Protection Initiative.
