Mr. Rebetti has more than 20 years of operational management and merger and acquisition experience at technology and telecommunications organizations, including one year with DSC. As COO, he will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day operations, as well as overseeing its marketing and information systems functions.

He was a leader in streamlining customer facing and back office systems and processes through technology enhancements and automation.
