TSIA and Impact Learning Systems Honor Datacert With "Certified Support Staff Excellence Center" Award

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - May 18, 2011) - Datacert, Inc., the premier global provider of enterprise legal management solutions, was recently presented with the Certified Support Staff Excellence Center (CSSEC) Award at the Technology Services World conference in Santa Clara, California. The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) and Impact Learning Systems (ILS) presented this award to Datacert for its on-going commitment to delivering a premier level of technical support and outstanding service to its corporate and law firm/legal service provider clients.

TSIA and ILS collaborated to offer this formal recognition for companies that achieve certification in the Support Staff Excellence (SSE) program. As a result of the accomplishments through the SSE program, including the completion of a rigorous program designed to enable all support representatives to consistently deliver the highest levels of service, Datacert achieved the new "Certified Support Staff Excellence Center" designation.
