Datalliance Adds Customer Care Specialist to Support Expansion in Europe

Nina Irwin Joins the Company as Customer Care Specialist and Will Focus on Implementing and Supporting New European Customers

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwire - Jul 28, 2011) - Datalliance today announced that Nina Irwin has joined the company as a Customer Care Specialist. Irwin will be responsible for helping new European customers implement Datalliance Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and help those customers bring on new distributor partners. Prior to joining Datalliance, Ms. Irwin was Assistant Manager Business/Systems Development for Crown Gabelstapler GmbH, Munich, Germany (subsidiary of Crown Equipment Corporation, New Bremen, OH). Ms. Irwin is bilingual, speaking English and German, which will be a valuable addition as Datalliance expands European operations.

Datalliance is in the process of expanding its industry-leading Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) service for Europe. This expansion is in preparation for more aggressive marketing of the Datalliance VMI service to manufacturers located in Europe to begin in early 2012. Because VMI is a highly collaborative process between suppliers and customers, Datalliance is also in the process of developing affiliations with European industry associations to foster increased awareness of the value of VMI in target industries similar to what the company has done in North America.
