Datalliance Continues Strong Growth in 2013

World's Largest Provider of Cloud-Based Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Platform Services Grows in Global Consumer, Industrial and Healthcare Markets

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwired - Jan 31, 2014) - Datalliance today announced that the company once again realized a nearly 20% increase in revenue in 2013, the ninth consecutive year of consistent annual growth. Increased revenue came from new and expanded customer subscriptions for the Datalliance Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) platform and associated services. New customers were added and existing customer programs were substantially expanded in consumer goods, electrical, telecommunications, power transmission, and medical device markets. Examples of industry-leading companies selecting Datalliance VMI in 2013 include Henkel Consumer Goods, Schaeffler Group, Bridgeport Fittings, Ilsco, Belden, and NTN USA.

As the world's largest independent Vendor Managed Inventory platform and service provider, Datalliance VMI saw increases in all key volume statistics and now manages over 19,000 locations, 20M+ SKU's, and $23B+ in annualized customer sales. The locations represent a 46% increase since the end of 2012.

Datalliance continued steady expansion in Europe with the addition of customer care and account management personnel in the company's European Headquarters located in Brussels. Datalliance is now being used to provide Europe-wide VMI services by manufacturers in all three primary Datalliance target markets: consumer, industrial and healthcare. Datalliance is being used by manufacturers to manage thousands of inventory locations in 41 countries world-wide, including hundreds of locations in South America, Asia, and Australia in addition to North America and Europe.

Datalliance also continued to develop important new VMI process innovations through delivery of three new releases of its cloud-based VMI platform. During 2013, Datalliance also added staff in all areas of the business to support the company's steady growth in global customer activity.

"We were pleased to see the level of VMI growth in both North America and Europe in 2013," said Carl Hall, Datalliance CEO and President. "We added more new customers and locations in 2013 than in any previous year. Several of our new customers are transitioning their VMI programs from legacy systems to our Datalliance VMI platform, while others are launching VMI programs for the first time. In some cases, we are working with companies that are pioneering the use of VMI within their industry. In addition, many of our existing customers are expanding their programs to include new trading partners and some are expanding on a global level."
