The results of a comprehensive, independent audit validate that Datalliance had the appropriate level of processes and controls in place to consistently deliver secure and reliable services from its datacenter and demonstrated their use and effectiveness throughout the declared audit period.

Independent auditors performed the SOC 2 Type II audit for Datalliance which was completed on June 27^th, 2016.
