Datran Media Announces Upcoming Digital Marketing Speaking; Consumer-Driven Campaigns and Empowerment Are Key Themes

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 27, 2011) - Datran Media, an industry-leading digital marketing technology company, today announced several upcoming speaking engagements and event sponsorships to kick off the New Year. Executives from Datran Media will be touring the nation in early Q1, 2011 to discuss the latest in digital marketing, integration and compliance.

Lana McGilvray, VP of marketing at Datran Media, and Nicholas Einstein, VP of deliverability and strategic services for Datran Media, will both speak at the DMA Email Evolution Conference (EEC11). At 10:00 a.m. ET on January 31, Einstein will participate on a pre-conference workshop titled, "The Future of Digital Marketing: Integration and Beyond!" This half-day workshop, including industry leaders in email, mobile and social marketing, will explore trends in digital marketing and best practices for integration. On February 2 at 4:00 p.m. ET, McGilvray will take the stage for "EEC Roundtable Leaders: What You Need to Know This Year" to discuss email deliverability, design, consumer education, standardized metrics and new projects across the email experience. McGilvray speaks in her role as chair of the EEC's Speakers' Bureau Roundtable. In 2010, the bureau worked across the membership to launch a first-of-its-kind industry education channel on YouTube.

Einstein will again take the stage at the MarketingProfs Digital Marketing Forum in Austin, TX on February 4. He will lead the breakfast roundtable discussion regarding email marketing and segmentation from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. CT and at 2:00 p.m. CT, Einstein will present "Segmentation & Targeting: Leveraging Data to Drive Relevant, Valuable, Timely Messaging." During his session, he will discuss how inbox marketers can efficiently leverage data to deliver messaging to the targeted end user, featuring an award-winning case study executed for client, an business.

On February 22 in Palm Desert, CA, Scott Paprocki, director of product management for Datran Media's StormPost business, will lead an email marketing roundtable at eTail West titled "Five Keys to Understanding, Engaging and Doing More Business with Your Digital Audiences." Datran Media's Friends and Family Circle business will also be on hand at the summit as they exhibit the latest of what Datran Media has to offer retailers that depend on digital to help power their success across social buying.

Finally, on February 27-March 1, Datran Media will be sponsoring and attending the IAB Annual Leadership Meeting, now in its fourth year, also in Palm Desert, CA.
