Datran Media Executives Spend June Evangelizing Innovative Ways to Leverage Digital Targeting, Measurement and Advertising Solutions to Increase Revenue, Build Brands and Win Back Inactive Customers

On June 8, at 1:30 p.m. EDT at DigiDay:Target in New York City, Knoll will participate in a panel discussion titled, "The Elephant in the Room: Who IS the Target?" This session features representatives from different aspects of the targeting process and the organization to share their view of who the customer is and why it is important to define your customer in digital marketing campaigns. At 11:15 a.m. EDT, Hendricks and co-presenter Andrea Gulli, VP of ecommerce for New York & Company, will discuss, "Waking Up Dormant Customers with Email." Drawing from real-life examples, this session will outline methods for winning customers back and increasing their lifetime value. It will include how to reach dormant customers through demographic and behavioral targeting and how user-specific content and message timing can prompt customers to open and buy.

Also on June 18, at DM Days in New York City, Oates will join Jeanniey Mullen, founder of Email Experience Council, global executive VP and CMO for Zinio and global VP and CMO for VIVmag, in leading an email and digital marketing workshop from 9:15 a.m.- 12:45 p.m. EDT. The workshop will focus on helping marketers unlock the revenue potential of the email channel.
