David Crantz and Cantor Capital Introduce New Pilot Program to Finance Homeowners Who've Been Impacted by the Harsh Market

SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwired - Apr 22, 2015) - David Crantz and Cantor Capital Group are pleased to announce that they have rolled out a new pilot program that is designed to help get homeowners who are struggling with the harsh impacts of the real estate market get financed for their home improvement loan. The program is specifically designed to assist people who have poor credit, and to help them rebuild and reestablish their credit rating.

Millions of homeowners suffered from the toxic debt fallout of the Housing Crisis and the Great Recession. But banks have not relaxed their lending guidelines yet, and have in fact tightened them, making it very difficult for homeowners with subprime credit to obtain financing for their home improvement needs.

But David Crantz and Cantor Capital Group have created a special program that is designed to get these individuals approved for their home improvement loan. The program, which is in the pilot stages, is being rolled out in Arizona, California and Nevada, where thousands of people stand to benefit from the simpler approval process.

"Just because you took a hit in the Great Recession does not mean that you shouldn't be able to pursue home improvement," said David Crantz. "We've set aside $25 million for this program to help individuals improve their homes when the banks tell them no."

Cantor Capital Group has earmarked a name for itself by providing direct lending and syndication of real estate transactions throughout Arizona, California and Florida.
