INNOCEAN Worldwide Shores Up Creative Muscle with Acquisition of Los Angeles-Based Shop

EL SEGUNDO, CA--(Marketwired - December 14, 2017) - David Angelo, Founder and Chairman of David&Goliath, announced today that he has signed a definitive acquisition agreement with INNOCEAN Worldwide, the global marketing communications company responsible for the Hyundai Motor Group. David&Goliath had been one of the most watched holdouts of the independent shops, and has been the creative AOR for Kia Motors for nearly two decades.

INNOCEAN is no stranger to tapping independent agencies to bolster its offering, as witnessed by their joint venture with Horizon Media in 2015 to create Canvas Worldwide, a media agency with a more nimble, entrepreneurial remit than traditional holding company agencies were perceived to be able to provide.
