CEDAR PARK, TX--(Marketwired - September 13, 2016) - Fallbrook Technologies Inc., inventor of the NuVinci® continuously variable planetary (CVP) transmission technology, announced today that David S. Graziosi, president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Allison Transmission Inc. has joined the Fallbrook board of directors.
Mr. Graziosi has extensive executive financial management, strategic planning, investor relations and licensing expertise. He joined Allison in November 2007 as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. In January 2016, he was promoted to the additional role of president. Mr. Graziosi is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified information systems auditor (CISA, non-practicing).
Prior to joining Allison, Mr. Graziosi served as executive vice president and CFO at Covalence Specialty Materials Corp. Before that, he held various executive level positions within the industry at companies such as Resolution Performance Products LLC, Hexion Specialty Chemicals, General Chemical Industrial Products, GenTek, and Sun Chemical Group.
