Day & Zimmermann Becomes Sole Owner of SOC LLC and Appoints New SOC President

PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwired - Jan 6, 2015) - Day & Zimmermann (D&Z) today announced that it has become the sole owner of SOC LLC (SOC), a leading provider of security, logistics and life support services to the U.S. Government domestically and abroad.

To acquire sole ownership, D&Z purchased the interests of SOC-SMG, Inc., a co-owner of SOC since its founding in 2008. SOC is positioned for continued dramatic growth, with the support and resources of D&Z, a $2.2B USD, century-old, family-owned company whose 21,000 employees specialize in construction & engineering, staffing and defense solutions for leading corporations and governments around the world.
