DC Brands Announces New Atlanta Race Promotion

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - September 21, 2007) - As part of its deal with Race for the Cup magazine, DC Brands International (PINKSHEETS: DCBI) is coordinating a key sampling opportunity in Atlanta. Before the Pep Boys Auto 500 at the Atlanta Motor Speedway on October 28, 2007, DC Brands will be giving out samples of Turn Left Energy Drink as well as t-shirts, calendars and other items. While the race event is sponsored by Coca-Cola, the Turn Left girls and DC Brands team will be stationed directly across the street, centrally located to catch all race attendees.

"You couldn't ask for a better location," said DC Brands President and CEO Richard Pearce. "We'll be catching thousands of race fans before they enter the Speedway. This is our perfect market and we feel confident the audience will be equally as receptive to Turn Left."

DC Brands will be giving away several pairs of tickets to the Pep Boys Auto 500 through a series of radio promotions throughout Atlanta in the weeks leading up to the event. The company is in discussions with a major retailer to partner on this promotion. Additional details will be announced once the promotion is finalized.

About DC Brands International:

DC Brands International, a publicly traded company under the ticker symbol (PINKSHEETS: DCBI), specializes in and manufactures unique energy drink brands. Established in 1998, DC Brands went public in 2005, and the company's first product, Dickens Energy Cider, launched in 2002 after a lengthy process in developing its distinctive flavor and packaging. Following the success of Dickens Energy Cider, the company chose to expand its product line with a beverage that filled the substantial NASCAR niche. With more than 75 million loyal fans, the NASCAR demographic presented an attractive opportunity to become one of the few racecar-themed energy drinks in the marketplace. Following much due diligence, research and testing, Turn Left Energy Drink recently came to fruition.
