DC Brands Gets Great News From China

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - March 24, 2008) - Today the DC Brands International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DCBR) is proud to announce that their representatives have returned from a very successful trip to China, the purpose of which was to oversee final testing and quality assurances on the new production tool that will allow a full scale production of the company's new Functional Water Systems. The company's Chief Procurement Officer, Jeremy Alcamo, returned late Saturday night and physically brought back 4,000 of the new final production caps.

Mr. Alcamo said, "The trip was a great success and I am very glad we went. There were several last minute tweaks necessary, but the final product is 1st rate and passes every QA test. The caps are 100% uniform and are functioning perfectly; no leaks, no deformities and no discolorations. This means now that we have signed off on the tool, around the clock production will begin this week. This tool will have the ability to produce literally thousands of caps per day."

Alcamo continues, "I know that everyone at our office in Denver has been very busy preparing the latest shareholder update. However, I asked them to hold the boxes open until Monday so we could include one of the finished product caps. This will allow all of our shareholders to touch and feel it for themselves and see what we have been talking about. When our shareholders receive them, they may wonder what the big deal is because it seems like it would be a simple thing to do. However, I assure you it was not. We are the only people in the world with this type of cap and the development of a 'one of a kind' item meant for mass production takes more time, tweaks and testing than you would ever guess would be involved. In the end, we are extremely proud of having this project completed and chomping at the bit to start the actual production process so we can start filling the sales orders. We will expect our first 250,000 caps to be shipped within 2 weeks or so and that will allow us to schedule production for the entire presold product our sales team has pre-booked.
