DC Brands International Announces Accounting Firm

DENVER, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 18, 2007 -- At the close of business today, DC Brands International (PINKSHEETS: DCBI) announced that they have retained the Denver-based accounting firm of EKS&H, which is the largest accounting firm in Colorado. The company's CFO, Jeremy Alcamo, said, "Over the past several weeks, we have gone through all of the preliminary items needed such as personal background checks, a corporate ethics evaluation and a verification of whether there are any litigation issues. We have passed on all accounts and are hard at work on starting the audit process; going back to 'day one' of the company's existence. This will take some time interfacing with our legal council and transfer agents, but we are really pushing to get everything done as quickly as possible. The company has always kept very good records and we already have implemented a pretty sophisticated accounting system which will help a lot in expediting this process. We are also looking forward to working with the team at EKS&H on establishing new rules and procedures to help us manage the type of growth we are experiencing. I know we will have many items to accomplish in the next 6-8 weeks getting everything in place for the close of the 2nd quarter, which is when Mr. Pearce has said he wants this all completed. No matter when it is completed, we look forward to having EKS&H as our assurance on all financial reports from now on. This is one of the first steps towards becoming a fully reporting company. We invite everyone to learn more about our new partners and accounting team at"
