DC Brands International, Inc. Announces a Distribution Agreement With American Eagle Distributing Company

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - November 15, 2010) - Today the company DC Brands International, Inc. a publicly traded company under the ticker symbol (PINKSHEETS: DCBR), is happy to announce that it has signed a Distribution Agreement with American Eagle Distributing Company of Loveland, Colorado.

DC Brands International, Inc. and American Eagle Distributing Company have signed an agreement to provide American Eagle the exclusive right to promote and distribute HARD Nutrition products within its territory. American Eagle has agreed to use its best efforts to achieve the distribution and sales of HARD Nutrition products to all of the accounts it services.
