DC Brands International Signs on New Wisconsin-Based Distributor, C.A. Flipse & Sons

DENVER, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 4, 2007 --DC Brands International (DC Brands) (PINKSHEETS: DCBI) announces today that a new distribution deal has been signed with C.A. Flipse & Sons Co., Inc., based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The family-owned business has a substantial track record of success with more than 105 years in business.

"C.A. Flipse & Sons was a key account to lock down," said Richard Pearce, President and CEO of DC Brands International. "The company has a vastly experienced management team with contacts throughout the Midwest region. We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with them."

C.A. Flipse & Sons is a wholesale distributor that caters to multiple channels, further expanding the breadth of DC Brands' product reach. The company has a three-tiered area of focus. Independent convenience stores and small chains comprise a large portion of its business as well as the on-premise vertical, which includes bars, nightclubs and other establishments that serve liquor. Lastly, the distributor works with several country clubs and residential communities. While not entirely beverage specific, C.A. Flipse & Sons sells an impressive amount of beverages throughout their area of distribution -- east-central Wisconsin.

Said John Rindfleisch, President of C.A. Flipse & Sons, "We never had the opportunity to own a line of energy drinks. I followed DC Brands' stock and thought it would be a good fit for our business. I ordered a limited amount of product and received strong reception. We then decided to go for it with a bigger order."

DC Brands has received C.A. Flipse & Sons' initial purchase order and will have the product in-house by Monday.
