DC Brands International's Annual Shareholder Meeting Completed

DENVER, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 3, 2007 -- Today, DC Brands International (PINKSHEETS: DCBI) announced that they held their annual shareholders meeting as scheduled at 10:00am on Saturday, March 31st at the company's headquarters in Denver, Colorado. All items on the agenda passed overwhelmingly with the acceptance of the proposed 1-25 reverse split which had more than enough votes. However, the reverse split was voluntarily withheld. The company's President, Richard Pearce, said, "I provided a release a few weeks back explaining that although we do believe a reverse is necessary to get the company where we want to go, due to the phenomenal success we are being met with regarding our Turn Left product and the news we have pending in the pipeline, we no longer believe something as severe as a 1-25 reverse split is necessary. Other than that, everything passed without a hitch. We are working diligently on getting the 15-c2-11 filed and keeping up with the ever increasing demand for product.
