DC Brands Preparing Largest Shareholder Update

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - February 22, 2008) - DC Brands International (PINKSHEETS: DCBR) announced they have begun preparing what will be the largest, most in-depth shareholder update in its history. The company currently provides periodic updates in the form of what they now call The Buzz newsletter.

DC Brands President and CEO Richard Pearce said, "We like to try and keep our shareholders up to date with the direction of the company; what we are doing behind the scenes; and why they should be excited, as well as informing them of any setbacks or problems. For the last year we have worked very hard to restructure the company, acquire HARD Nutrition, formulate our new line of products and refocus on completing the audit. Just a few weeks ago we made an announcement that the goal of completing the audit was now well in sight and we accredited that to the hiring of our new CFO Martin Bykowsky. Several new additions to our staff have been added and some key members have moved into new roles. All of this will be explained in detail in each team member's bio. Most importantly, we will be providing actual samples of the Hard Nutrition Functional Water Systems so that our shareholders can personally experience the beverage themselves.
