DCA Total Return Fund and DCW Total Return Fund Declare First Quarter 2010 Dividends

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - March 19, 2010) -  DCA Total Return Fund (NYSE: DCA) and DCW Total Return Fund (NYSE: DCW) each announced today the declaration of a quarterly dividend per share as set forth in the table below:

DCW's distribution amount represents a spill-over dividend for 2009. The dividend is to be included in stockholder's federal income tax returns for 2010. DCW expects to pay an excise tax of approximately $8,421 as a result of the income spillover that resulted in this dividend.
