DCG Systems Deepens Management Team

FREMONT, CA--(Marketwired - Nov 6, 2013) - Today DCG Systems, Inc., the leading supplier of electrical fault characterization, localization and editing equipment, announced the appointment of Ron Williamson as Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Becky Howland, Ph.D. as Vice President, Technical Marketing. Tam Anayama, the previous Vice President of Sales, will assume the newly created position of Vice President, Business Development. These changes will allow DCG Systems to strengthen its presence in its core markets and expand to new applications and market segments.

"Ron brings extensive experience managing customer-facing teams, and a history of success in sales and marketing of capital equipment in and near the semiconductor space. Becky brings twenty years of experience in semiconductor metrology and defect inspection, a solid technical background, and proven strategic marketing skills."

Immediately before joining DCG Systems, Ron Williamson served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development for Aeroflex, Inc., a major supplier of test and measurement solutions for microelectronic processes. Prior to Aeroflex, Mr. Williamson held a variety of senior sales, marketing and applications roles with Schlumberger, NPTest, and Credence. He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.

Before joining DCG, Becky Howland was Senior Director of Marketing in the Corporate Group at KLA-Tencor, where she was responsible for guiding and approving product positioning, product messaging, and technical publications. Earlier at KLA-Tencor, Dr. Howland managed a large applications team for the wafer inspection division and also served in various product management capacities in thin-film metrology, surface metrology and wafer inspection. Prior to KLA-Tencor, Dr. Howland worked as an applications engineer and product manager for Park Scientific Instruments, a scanning probe microscope company. She holds a B.A. in physics from Dartmouth College and a Ph.D. in applied physics from Stanford University.
