DDS Wireless' eFleet Continues to Grow in Ground Transportation

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 13, 2009) - DDS Wireless International Inc.'s (TSX:DD) hosted Dispatch Fleet Management business unit, DDS eFleet Services, today announced that it has been awarded two new contracts from ground transportation fleet operators for its eFleet™ solution. Both contracts are for three year subscription terms with the possibility of renewals. These contracts represent continued momentum in building DDS's subscriber base and recurring revenues for its Bundled Subscription Services which, in addition to eFleet™, include Taxibook™ and eTransit™.

Gateway Charters Ltd. of Edmonton, Alberta operates a division called Skyshuttle, which provides shared-ride shuttle services to and from designated pick-up points within the City of Edmonton and the Edmonton International Airport. The company has selected the eFleet™ solution to provide convenient web-based reservations by their customers and efficient fleet management functions such as digital trip dispatch, GPS tracking, text messaging, GPS navigation, in-vehicle payment and voucher processing.

"We required a system to streamline our operations and eliminate unnecessary stops along our routes. The eFleet system provides that functionality while allowing our customers the flexibility to book their rides on the web from any location including airport and hotel kiosks. We anticipate that eFleet will save us 25-35% of unproductive kilometers, which could amount to over one million kilometers per year, so our operations will be both faster and greener," Said Phil Strong, President of Gateway Charters Ltd.

Highend Limousine of Vancouver, BC recently won the exclusive contract to provide luxury ground transportation services for passengers of Vancouver International Airport (YVR). They have selected the eFleet system to help ensure they meet the stringent fleet management and reporting requirements of the YVR Airport Authority. Highend Limousine will also use eFleet in their executive limousine fleet that provides luxury transportation services throughout the lower mainland and Whistler.

The management team of Highend Limousine commented that they had selected the eFleet system because it proved to provide the greatest efficiency in dispatching and managing their fleets. With eFleet they could automate most of the control of vehicle movements around the airport, as well as provide all the operational reports required by the Airport Authority. They also found that eFleet could help them improve on the superior level of customer service Highend Limousine has always been known for.
