DDS Wireless International Inc.: eFleet Growth Continues in All Target Markets in 2009

Results of Annual Meeting

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 29, 2009) - DDS Wireless International Inc.'s (TSX:DD) dispatch fleet management unit, DDS eFleet Services Inc. continues its growth in 2009 in its target markets.

DDS eFleet Services has signed subscription contracts with several additional limousine fleet operators this year resulting in continued growth and penetration into the limousine market. Bauer's Intelligent Transportation of San Francisco, CA subscribed to eFleet for its Wi-Drive, luxury commuting service. eFleet provides the web-based reservations system and loyalty card program for passengers, as well as the complete dispatching solution for fleet managers. 360 Limo of Dallas, TX subscribed to eFleet recently for its dispatch fleet management system. eFleet helps 360 Limo achieve its objectives of being innovative, personal, reliable, flexible, and wonderful.

In the waste management industry, eFleet has added three new Franchise Partners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK as subscribers this year, as well as increased the number of subscriptions for two existing Franchise Partners as their fleets grow. This brings the penetration of eFleet in the 1-800-GOT-JUNK fleet to about 25%.

In the work fleets market, eFleet has signed a subscription contract with a delivery service in southern Ontario. eFleet will be providing the complete job booking, dispatch, fleet tracking, and payment processing systems, including an e-commerce portal where customers can place and pay for delivery orders on line.

Annual Meeting Voting Results

DDS Wireless held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 28, 2009. At the meeting, all resolutions presented to the meeting as set out in the Management Information Circular to shareholders were passed. These included the appointment of Vari Ghai, Erik Dysthe, Daniel Daviau, Mark Joseph and Sal Visca as directors of the Company. Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP were appointed as the new auditors.
