DDS Wireless Reports New Sales from Multiple Markets

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 23, 2008) - DDS Wireless International Inc.'s (TSX:DD) recent restructuring into Transit, Taxi, Limousines and Work Truck, and Wireless Devices and Communication-focused businesses has given the Company new momentum in these markets with all four making landmark progress.

DDS Wireless' Transit business, StrataGen Systems, received the Notice to Proceed from Access Services Inc. (ASI) of Los Angeles, California, for its previously announced $3.32 million contract for demand-response management services to integrate StrataGen's ADEPT™ software with voice recognition software from Unified Dispatch LLC of Altadena, California. This validates its stature as one of the premier demand response solution providers for the Transit market.

The Company's Taxi operation, Digital Dispatch gained several new customers in its down market move with its recently launched TaxiBook™ bundled dispatch subscription service for small taxi fleets. TaxiBook™ now has 9 customers including 7 new contracts won in just the last four months. Total revenues from these multi-year subscriptions are over $1 million. One of Digital Dispatch's largest existing customers, TAXIS G7 of Paris, France, also continues with its previously announced fleet expansion and upgrade project by placing another order for several hundred more iPilot 8000™ mobile computers worth $1.8 million in total.

In the Limousine and Work Truck market, DDS eFleet Services and Livery Coach Software, LLC have successfully deployed their first integrated limousine fleet management solution to Torrie Pines Transportation of San Diego, California. This integrated system extends the functionality of Livery Coach's applications software for operations management by adding eFleet automated job dispatching to chauffeurs via in-vehicle mobile data terminals, real-time job/status feedback from chauffeurs, automatic GPS navigation, GPS fleet tracking, two-way text messaging, and in-vehicle credit card processing. Livery Coach's applications software is estimated to be used by nearly 3,000 limousines at different limousine companies which now become a potential market for this new integrated solution.

The Wireless Devices and Communications business of DDS Wireless, Digital Wireless is gaining momentum as an Original Equipment Manufacturer. New Zealand-based Steelcom Electronics Ltd., a communications solutions provider for local public safety markets, has placed an initial order for 130 iPilot 8000™ mobile computers with the potential to expand to all 4,000 vehicles of its fire and ambulance clients. Digital Wireless has commenced delivery of its mobile data terminals to South Africa-based Emcom SA (Pty) Ltd. and also won a new order for iPilot 8000s from AAA Oregon/Idaho Auto Club.
