DealNet Closes Debenture Offering


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 18, 2013) - DealNet Capital Corp. (the "Company") (CNSX:DLS)(PINKSHEETS:GAIMF) is pleased to announce that it has closed the final tranche of its non-brokered offering of convertible unsecured debentures for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,500,000. The financing was oversubscribed from the Company's initial goal of raising $1,500,000 announced on November 14, 2012. Based on the high demand, the DealNet Board increased the size of the offering, finally approving total aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,500,000.
