DealNet Signs Home Entertainment Service Company


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 19, 2013) - DealNet Capital Corp. (the "Company") (CNSX:DLS) (PINKSHEETS:GAIMF) is pleased to announce that its Business Process Outsourcing ("BPO") subsidiary, OC Communications Group Inc. ("OCCGI"), has secured a three-year contract to provide technical and customer service support to a North American Digital Home Entertainment Services Organization.

This multi-year agreement is projected to yield a minimum of $1.6 million in revenue, and possibly $3 million based on client-provided forecasts. Implementation is scheduled to start this September, with full deployment expected in January 2014.
