Debbie Gaby, President of Sleep America, to Speak to Phoenix AMA About Why Giving to the Community Is Good for Business

PHOENIX, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 19, 2007 -- Giving back to the community in which businesses thrive is not only important to the community, it's good business. A great example of this is mattress retailer, Sleep America. Even before Sleep America opened its doors, they were giving mattresses to local non-profits like Sojourner Center, Florence Crittenton and St. Vincent De Paul. As a business they have experienced a correlation between giving and success.

Debbie Gaby, President of Sleep America, founded the company with her husband in 1997, and Sleep America is now the largest mattress retailer in Arizona. Voted Best Place to Work in the Valley by The Phoenix Business Journal in 2005, Sleep America continually exceeds the expectations not only of its customers, but of its employees too. Debbie will address the American Marketing Association at their monthly luncheon on March 28th. Luncheon attendees will learn:

-- Debbie's theory on success
-- Sleep America's business strategy
-- How to address women as consumers
-- The correlation between giving and succeeding
-- Community relations/marketing and the integral role they play
