Debra Rush-Santens Joins First NLC Financial Services as Texas Regional Sales Manager

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 11, 2005 -- First NLC Financial Services, LLC, a leading nonprime mortgage originator operating in 41 states, announced that Debra Rush-Santens has joined the company as its Texas Regional Sales Manager.

With 13 years of mortgage industry experience, Ms. Rush-Santens comes to First NLC from a leading mortgage lender in Texas where she was Regional Sales Manager. While there, she managed a team of account executives and internal operations staff and was accountable for maintaining high profitability, productivity and service standards.

Ms. Rush-Santens earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Management degree and a Bachelor of Arts, French degree from Texas A&M University. She will report to Rob Cosentino, Senior Vice President, Wholesale East Sales, at First NLC.
